This company has been excellent to work with... My job was a very large job where the sewer had backed up into my house many weeks causing mold and mildew when I was not present. The staff was great at keeping me informed, meeting Fulton Co. and other resources that needed to assess the damage while I was out of town. The demo work was very neat and everything was dried out and looked really good. Tom assured me that they stand behind their work, so I give this company an excellent rating.

I can't say enough about this company. I met with Rob and Scott and they were both knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I met them I immediately felt like I was in good hands. My husband wasn't home during the process and I felt they both treated me with the upmost respect while making sure I understood every step of the process. They acted with integrity and were very upfront! At NO point did I feel like they were going to take advantage of me; and they didn't. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Please ask for Rob or Scott, you won't be disappointed. I will be sending their information to all of my neighbors as well as posting about my experience in my neighborhood app.

Charles from Restoration One said they would be there in less than an hour and showed up on time. He was extremely professional and polite and gave us a free assessment. He started working immediately even though it was late which we appreciated. He was very thorough and efficient and just did a great job. He said it would take 3 days for the dry out and that's how long it took, he knows what he is talking about. Highly recommend.
