This company has been excellent to work with... My job was a very large job where the sewer had backed up into my house many weeks causing mold and mildew when I was not present. The staff was great at keeping me informed, meeting Fulton Co. and other resources that needed to assess the damage while I was out of town. The demo work was very neat and everything was dried out and looked really good. Tom assured me that they stand behind their work, so I give this company an excellent rating.

Restoration 1 was very understanding and helpful with our mold remediation. They showed up promptly and sent the same courteous technician out to us throughout the process so he knew our case well. The company has been respectful and courteous through the entire process and even helped with our home owners insurance claim. I would definitely work with them again in the future.
