Everything perfect! I've experienced a few meals from other caterers and wasn't impressed. That was not the case with John (Hootie). The food taste great, as if it just came out of the stove. He was very easy to work with and there were no surprises. Weddings can be very stressful to put together, but this guy absolutely simplified everything with the food. And as a bartender, the drinks were poured correctly and his manners were very good. This will be my first option for any future events.

John was very accommodating and worked well within the budget of our group to make our event a success. the food was tasty and plentiful. John delivered the food in a timely manner as agreed upon and we couldn't have been more pleased with the presentation of everything. The presentation was professional, the food absolutely delicious especially his buffalo chicken dip. I hired Hooties for a holiday buffet event sight unseen as the last minute and I couldn't have been happier. I'll be using them again.
