Everything perfect! I've experienced a few meals from other caterers and wasn't impressed. That was not the case with John (Hootie). The food taste great, as if it just came out of the stove. He was very easy to work with and there were no surprises. Weddings can be very stressful to put together, but this guy absolutely simplified everything with the food. And as a bartender, the drinks were poured correctly and his manners were very good. This will be my first option for any future events.

The presentation was professional, the food absolutely delicious especially his buffalo chicken dip. I hired Hooties for a holiday buffet event sight unseen as the last minute and I couldn't have been happier. I'll be using them again.

John is absolutely amazing!!! He is very easy to work with. Each time I had a question he was very quick to answer. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted to serve at our wedding. He threw some ideas out for us and together we came up with the perfect meal. He asks all the right questions to ensure that he knew about any known allergies and arrived with their food in different containers just like he promised. Over the months planning our wedding he was always courteous and professional. He provided and set everything up for us at the rehearsal and reception dinner. He also made sure everything thing stayed full during both meals. He also packed all the leftovers up for us and left the kitchen cleaner than it was before he came. Now about his food....the meats were tender and perfectly flavored (VERY DELICIOUS), the vegetables and sides were just as good as the meats and the desserts were amazing too!!!! Did I mention that we are still eating the leftovers!!!
