John was SUCH a pleasure to work with and did a fabulous job catering my wedding reception! My husband and I wanted a "brides choice" taco bar and "grooms choice" jambalaya and we searched high and low for a caterer willing to do our split menu idea for a reasonable price! John was able to do it better than we could have even imagined. It was a beautiful set up and was so effortless. And of course, it was delicious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They catered for our wedding on June 4, 2016. Extremely professional, kept in contact, and reassured me through the whole process. He had a travel time of 2-2 1/2 hours and the food was still fresh, we'll made, and extremely delicious. He even did a dessert bar at my request! I could not have asked for a better experience. His prices were within our budget. I will recommend to ask many friends as I can.

John catered our Christmas lunch on December 23rd and everyone loved it. John arrived early enough to set the buffet up, everything was hot and delicious! All of our employees returned for seconds and some for thirds! John did everything he said he would and we will definitely contact him again for any event in the future.

John worked closely with us on the menu and budget that worked best for us. Outstanding service and food! Our wedding reception was perfect in large part to John! We have passed on his info and will def use him again if catering need arises. Thanks John!

Everything perfect! I've experienced a few meals from other caterers and wasn't impressed. That was not the case with John (Hootie). The food taste great, as if it just came out of the stove. He was very easy to work with and there were no surprises. Weddings can be very stressful to put together, but this guy absolutely simplified everything with the food. And as a bartender, the drinks were poured correctly and his manners were very good. This will be my first option for any future events.
