- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open and honest about my pricing. I hope to work with clients who appreciate craftsmanship and professionalism and I bill by the hour for my services (materials not included).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority when working with you as a client is to gain a full understanding of what, exactly, you want to achieve. My ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with all of the projects we work on together. After gaining an understanding of your expectations, I will let you know what you can expect from me at every step of the process. Finally, I will work diligently to make sure that your expectations are met and exceeded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most importantly, I hold a bachelors degree in Horticulture from the University of Georgia. I have also gained incredible experience through on the job training as an arborist, landscape install/maintenance manager and vegetable farmer, giving talks and teaching classes on how to grow a variety of edible plants in the Southeastern US.
