Jared was willing to take on a small job for us. We were getting water running down the face of the house. He installed flashing and caulked along the roof line

I would give Dobbs Construction 10+ stars if possible. Jared and Leo are the absolute best! My only concern with sharing this review is that it will take them away from our future projects. They have helped us with a lot of small projects around the house, but the two large construction projects so far have been designing and building an inground fiberglass swimmingpool and log siding workshop. You will not find anyone that pays such close attention to detail and always strives to do the job “the right way”. Jared will listen to your needs and is honest about what is best for your happiness and property. Our dogs also love them, which is an added bonus. I would trust Jared and anyone that he hires at our home at any time, which is hard to find in this world today. Quality work, integrity, character, trustworthiness, and follow through are just a few extra words to describe this business. I promise that if you hire Jared Dobbs to design and build something for you, then you will not regret it.

Jared was phenomenal. He came out to give a quote right away. He spent time explaining information to us about the projects that he was going to handle, and was willing and able to do many more tasks than we had originally planned to have done at that time. After we decided to hire him for the job, he met us at Sherwin Williams and helped us to pick out colors that would complement our space. Then he started the next day! He communicated with us very well and we were never concerned about missing out on information because we had to be at work. He and his guy, Leo, put a lot of hours into our home and we certainly appreciate it! We will be hiring him again in the future, and would recommend him to anyone without a hesitation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain things we have a standard price, but most all projects are a few steps more involved than a standard pricing system will allow.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing this kind of work since I was a very small child. My father was a custom furniture builder, carpenter, and natural jack-of-all-trades. We built our own homes, as well. Naturally, being born of a better generation, he believed in building things to last, building them better than the building code stipulated, and he took pride in his work. He passed all of that down to me, and I've been doing professional work like this since 2010.
