I highly recommend True Blue. I was able to get an appointment shortly after contacting them Samuel came out immediately and performed an inspection of my water heater, shower and toilets in all 4 of my bathrooms. He tested the pressure and was able to diagnose a full valve problem. Samuel seemed very knowledgeable and provided professional and courteous service.

True Blue Plumbing was absolutely amazing. I called yesterday in a panic and they were able to send someone out today to repair my shut-off valves. I had a washing machine delivery scheduled, but it couldnt be installed because the water valve behind the washer wouldnt shut off. Samuel came out and took care of everything.One thing that really stood out is that they text you ahead of time with your technicians arrival info, including a picture and a short bio. Ive honestly never had a company do that before, and it immediately made me feel more comfortable.Their pricing was reasonable, and Samuel was very informative and walked me through the process so I knew exactly what was going on. Im also a spiritual person, and before he left, Samuel asked if he could pray with me. That truly meant so much to me and almost brought me to tears.Of course no one wants to spend a few hundred dollars around the holidays, but sometimes you just have to do what you have to doand Im so glad I chose True Blue Plumbing. I was thoroughly impressed from beginning to end, and theyve definitely earned a returning customer.

Samuel was amazing, very professional, and able to squeeze me in the day i called. He found out the issues with our water heater and sump pump explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Very thankful to him and True Blue.
