We recently moved to our 2nd home in Oakhurst and actually found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta from a poster at Mescalitos, one of our favorite spots in the Village. So glad we called.We wanted a full plumbing inspection and, more than anything, some honest advice. New water heaters and replacing old cast iron isnt cheap, so we werent looking for a sales pitch. We just wanted to understand what we had, what could wait and what we should plan for.They were incredible. Took their time, explained everything and gave us a clear plan with zero pressure. We need a couple weeks to decide what we want to tackle first, but our minds are definitely at ease.These are our guys from now on. Couldnt be happier!

Moved into a home in Grant Park thats almost 30 years old and wanted a full overview of the plumbing before deciding on some upgrades. Found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta through Southern Schmooze and so glad we did.They were awesome. Walked us through everything and unfortunately uncovered some pretty questionable work from when the house was originally built. Really helpful having that level of detail from a plumbing inspection and knowing exactly what were dealing with.

Wed been hearing some strange noises from our plumbing, so had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out and walk through the house and check each bathroom.Really great experience. No pressure at all, just explained what they found and gave us some clear options. We ended up replacing all 4 toilets and they took care of everything from start to finish. Super easy, no hassle and great to work with.Definitely recommend these guys!
