I branched out and learned commercial plumbing in 2013, and have been doing both for the past 8 years. In 2020 my father passed away due to COVID-19, and left me to continue the family business. I had a very good experience with Bonds Plumbing when they installed my new water heater. They were very responsive and easy to work with from start to finish. Alex took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Both Alex and Will did excellent work and made sure to keep me updated on their arrival time and progress throughout the job. The price was fair, and the service was great. Great interaction very informative and reassuring I paid for only what was needed a fraction of the cost from other big name plumbing companies. Water heater had a valve issue that wasn’t replaced when new heater was installed however other company wanted to replace everything which made no sense Thnks Kyle!
