Desmond did a great job repairing a leak in our house. He asked questions to help diagnose the issue, located the leak in a pipe in the wall, repaired it and the wall very neatly. He communicated with me throughout the job and was done within a short time. I would call Toilet Busters again for plumbing projects.

He was a great professional. He responded quickly was flexible and he was timely. He did a great job quickly efficiently and neatly. He also was a great value. Desmond was quick to respond to my request. He was able to schedule my repair by the end of the week. He came to repair the faucet in the bathroom and check out an issue with the toilet not sitting properly. He was able to address both issues. I later ran into another issue with the same sink/faucet. He had to come back and replaced the entire sink while also changing out the old faucet. He contacted me immediately once GPS sent him the wrong way. He also kept me informed as he addressed the issues with my repairs. I would use him again for any plumbing concerns. He completed the work in December 2023. I am just late to give him a review. I apologize for not leaving a review sooner.

Desmond showed up on time and did an excellent job. In the master bedroom the toilet was leaking. He repaired the toilet, took time to make sure that it was working properly and left the area clean. I highly recommend him, and I will be using him again.
