Absolutely outstanding service. The plumber was quick to respond, showed up right on time, and communicated clearly every step of the way. He fixed a rocking toilet and broken flange, and cleared a clogged outside drain line, all with thorough and efficient work. You can tell he really knows his stuff. On top of that, he was just a genuinely nice guy. It’s rare to find someone so professional and personable. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing work.

My experience with Toilet Busters was excellent! I spoke with Desmond after hiring one plumber who charged over $400 to clear a clogged kitchen drain and failed to do so. Desmond was very professional. He explained what he would do before hand and how much he would charge if he was able to clear the clog and how much he would charge if he couldn't clear the clog. He showed up on time and cleared the clog in less than 20 mins!! And his charge was the most reasonable of all the plumbers I spoke with! I highly recommend Toilet busters and will definitely use them again.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a service call. Desmond was the most polite and honest technician I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our issues in terms we understood. Pricing was clearly explained to us. We could not be more pleased with the service provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The responsiveness of toilet buster’s superseded my expectation. I had two sinks that were leaking in two separate homes and they repaired them right before the winter storm of 2025. I will be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.
