- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we have a $100 discount off air testing on our website. The cost can range depending on the layout of the residence or commercial property. We can also do direct contact swabs or tape strips if you have a specific area of concern. Over the phone we can give pricing as we better understand your concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to your concerns and provide you advice and pricing on the best methodology to be used for testing. Testing typically takes less than 30 minutes at site and results are usually back in 24-48 hours from testing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied Occupational therapy and certified in Mold Prevention, Remediation and removal. OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 Training.
