Kalid is a professional, punctual technician. His responsive time was really good. He worked with me last minute, I contacted him yesterday and he came out the next morning to hook up my electric stove. He was thorough, reasonable, came with his own tools. Helped me put out my old stove and cleaned up after. He also made sure all the burners and oven options were working, and walked me through the process. He also removed all the tapes, plastic and foam from my stove, no other installer have ever done that. I would definitely hire Kalid again for my appliance installation needs.

Kalid responded to my request quickly. He arrived at the time of our appointment. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the refrigerator, he then addressed an issue with the dishwasher and the garbage disposal. Previously, we had another appliance representative in to assess the dishwasher, he indicated that he could not find a problem. After all of this he assessed the dryer and suggested a specific type of knob; he’s going to pick that piece up and return the next day to install. We’ll definitely recommend him for any appliance job.

Kalid is super professional and efficient! I had him come out to fix my dishwasher but he was knowledgeable with other appliances that I needed work on. Fixed 2 of them in a short amount of time. Definitely calling him back for more handy work. Two thumbs up!!
