Kalid was fantastic! He responded to my request right away and came out the very next morning to repair my dryer. He texted me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way, arrived right on time, and had everything fixed in under an hour. I really appreciated the extra care... he even wore booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean. Excellent service from start to finish!

My dryer was not working properly. Kalid arrived at my townhouse and diagnosed the problem with the dryer almost immediately. After informing me of what was needed to repair the dryer and the cost he left to purchase the item. He returned later that afternoon with the part to repair it. He explained what could have caused the problem and educated us on dryer maintenance to avoid this type of problem in the future. I would recommend this professional young man to family and friends.
