Kalid did such a wonderful job! I had a washing machine that was leaving all kinds of residue on my clothes. Turns out the person before me never cleaned her washer. He spent so much time taking it apart and cleaning! It feels like brand new! He explained everything and how to prevent! Highly recommend!!! The first two are before he cleaned it!

Kalid was fantastic! He responded to my request right away and came out the very next morning to repair my dryer. He texted me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way, arrived right on time, and had everything fixed in under an hour. I really appreciated the extra care... he even wore booties over his shoes to keep my floors clean. Excellent service from start to finish!

Unfortunately had to purchase a new dishwasher; however, Kalid was very responsive, quick to determine issue, and just a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely call him again if I have issues in the future... hopefully not with the new dishwasher lol. Thank you Kalid.
