KC Appliance was absolutely professional, punctual, and completed the installation of my ice maker in a timely manner. We are back in business again. We had a dryer stop heating and called KC Home Appliance Repair to come out. They diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, explained what wrong, and showed what piece was needed to repair the dryer. They picked up the piece we needed and installed it amazingly fast. Dryer has been working like a champ! I can't say enough good things about KC.

He was able to come out the next day. He diagnosed that the problem was not the appliance but the wiring . Call an electrician they they fixed the issue. Charged me a reasonable price for the services rendered.

KC Home Appliance Repair definitely took care of my repair needs. My washing machine had been out of service for a while. I called and scheduled on a Thursday, he came on Friday and told me what was wrong with it. The parts that I needed weren’t in stock by the manufacturer on that day so I ordered the parts and they came on Monday. KC Home Appliance Repair came on that same day, Monday, and my washing machine has been working like new ever since. Found KC HOME APPLIANCES in search for someone to repair the loud noise coming from my refrigerator. They responded to my initial message in a timely manner. Gave me a day and time that they could come out and he was here between the hours given and gave a courtesy text 30 minutes before arrival. Kendal came in, listened to and found the noise and thoroughly explained what was going on and what was needed to fix the problem. He called for the price of the part and gave me a fair labor charge. He picked up the part and again was back at my home to do the repairs. He fixed the issue and gave me a 30 day warranty on the labor. Very nice and knowledgeable person. Will definitely use this company again for any appliance issues I may encounter.
