I needed an appraisal done for my house as soon as possible, I submitted a request online and Sanedria was one of the first few to respond. After I contacted her, she explained me the process, she told me she could get it done the next day and have the result within 48 hrs!! I was impressed. She showed up on time the next day, very informative and answered all my questions. She also told me to contact her if i had any further questions. I would recommend Sanedria to anyone out there looking for a friendly, and reliable appraiser to all your realestate needs. She is indeed the best at what she does!

Mrs. Sanedria provided fast and professional service. She arrived a few minutes early, which was completely fine with me. During her walk thru she was available to answer any questions I had and prior to her leaving she told me that if I had any additional questions later that I could call or email her. The appraisal report was delivered on the day she stated, it was detailed and easy to read.
Just an FYI---if your ever in doubt about the value of your home or realestate property get an appraisal....too many people try to get over on a quick sale.
I would highly recommend Real Appraisals....
