Adam stands above the other architects I’ve tried in 1) turnaround time 2) thoroughness 3) creativity. I’m expanding a bathroom and a bedroom. I’m already working with the contractor now. His turnaround time was a couple of weeks. He measured the entire house. He’s impressive and will go far. Nice clothes too!

I cannot adequately express my pleasure working with Adam at ANGO Design Studio... but I'll try. I partnered with Adam to bring my new custom home to life. I wanted to view my ideas before building. Thank goodness I did. Many of the dimensions and placements of beams, walls and windows were not as I imagined. Adam helped to expose this before I purchased materials. I was going through extensive chemo during my project. This took me out of commission several times during our initial project schedule. Adam was VERY accommodating and did not add late fees even as our original schedule pushed months past due. I appreciate his compassion and patience. As far as the rendering itself, Adam hit another home run! He quickly understood my design style out the gate. While we were building the rendering, he came up with design solutions that complimented my style. He was also able to add many of my personal furniture, artwork and cars to the rendering to help provide a more realistic version of my home. Again, original designs ideas were altered providing improvements due to the rendering. Friends and family initially raised eyebrows at the money I was putting into a 'rendering'. However, I would do it again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I ADVISE anyone building a custom house, undergoing a major renovation or uncertain of how something might look, to contact ANGO Design Studio. 'Seeing' your ideas come to life is priceless! Many thanks, Adam!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always charge $125 for on site design consultations to cover time & travel. My hourly rate is $75 per hour for projects with undeterminable time frames. All of our services are priced by the square footage of the project scope. Please reach out to us through out website to receive a Welcome Brochure of our services & prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first question I will ask is if the client needs their drawings to be stamped/sealed, especially in the case of certain commercial projects, since I am not able to stamp drawings. If the stamp/seal is not required on the project, then I would proceed to gather more information on the project so that I can put together a proposal for the services needed. Once the proposal has been reviewed and accepted, we'll send out the initial retainer invoice through QuickBooks. When we have been notified of the payment, we'll get the project scheduled for it's initial next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in art, architecture, construction management and a real estate license. Throughout my career, I've worked in architecture firms that catered to designing hotels for Marriott & Hilton. I've also worked in various construction companies as their executive project manager, overseeing multiple teams on various projects.
