For many projects, we’re able to offer a more streamlined and cost-effective approach compared to traditional architecture firms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically begins with an initial consultation to better understand your project goals, ideas, timeline, and budget. From there, we move into concept development, floor plans, and design revisions before preparing permit drawings or final renderings depending on the project scope. Throughout the process, we prioritize communication, collaboration, and creating visuals that help clients clearly understand the design before construction begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have educational and professional experience in art, architecture, construction management, and real estate, which allows me to approach projects from both a creative and practical perspective. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with architecture firms involved in hospitality design projects for major brands such as Marriott and Hilton, while also serving in construction project management roles overseeing multiple teams and active job sites. This diverse background helps me bridge the gap between design, visualization, constructability, and real-world project goals — allowing clients to receive thoughtful, visually compelling, and practical design solutions.
