The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Of course I said yes to all of the above in response to my positive experience with Jillian and True Compass Yoga, and I want to add on a deeper, more personal level what having Jillian as my yoga teacher/ instructor meant to me. Speaking of the technical aspects of learning postures, mudras and asanas Jillian is an excellent teacher. She's the best instructor I've had since I moved to Atlanta and I look forward to my Saturday morning classes every week. I've taught at several gyms, yoga studios, conferences, camps, and for private clients, one of which was over 80 years old, so I have experience teaching a wide variety of ages and levels. My advanced certification also specialized in teaching breathing and meditation techniques.
