- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts if you book multiple hours. There is a $50 upfront deposit that goes toward the final price of event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a few basic questions so we know how to meet your needs and make your event special and custom for you! We email you an invoice that is due the day of event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started balloon twisting in 2005 for a school play and fell in love with the art of balloon twisting. I continued learning more while working events. In 2018 I started Airhead Entertainment.
