I have thoroughly enjoyed being trained by Vaughn. He is very professional, patient and he explains the areas that the machine or exercise is targeting. I travel alot for work and he gives me a workout and nutrition plan to ensure that I stay on track to my goals. I'm so glad that I found him....he is truly Awesome. I definitely see a huge difference in my body since we started a month ago... I've lost inches and weight.
I've been working out with V for about a month now, and I am hooked! Like other reviewers have mentioned, you are going full force from the moment you start until you finish. And each time I think I'm not going to make it at some point, V keeps pushing me and makes me realize just how much I'm capable of. Really great workouts, and he mixes it up each time so I am never bored and always challenged. I have always been an active person but have been in a bit of a slump the past few months. After just a month of training with V, I already have so much more energy each day, and look forward to continuing to see results. I would recommend him for anyone who needs that extra motivation to really work to see results.
When looking for a trainer, bc I've had many I decided to go one step above degrees and experience. I knew I needed someone with extreme passion. It's more then personal coaching and training with Alex and Ashley. They go above and beyond your investment in your health they make it become their goals as well. If you seek results, I.L.M.B. Fitness is the way to go! La Monica is not just a personal trainer; shes a Registered Nurse, who, actually, cares about your success. She encourages and supports you the entire way through your journey. Whether your journey is physical fitness, weight loss, or the need to control a diet-related disease (i.e., diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension), etc, shes there to assist in any way she can. She keeps you focused on your goals with emails, weekly weight-ins, and weekly meal plans (complete with shopping list). She has early morning hours and WebFit 1:1 sessions (Yes, you can work out from the comfort of your own home with just an internet connection and a web browser). Her HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts are exactly that -- intensive, but worth every ounce of sweat. She will also work with you to modify any exercises that may be difficult or uncomfortable for you to perform. [I am top heavy and she taught me modified versions of some moves, so that I would feel less discomfort during workouts.] If you do your part (i.e., work out regularly, modify diet), La Monica will make sure you reach your goal. When I moved back home from college in 2008, I was on a mission to lose the "freshman 15" that never went away. I joined the local YMCA and began taking any and all fitness classes they offered. By the time 2009 came around, I still hadn't shed those pounds like I'd planned to. I lacked the motivation and drive to get it done. I was ready to call it quits and accept my weight gain as just another part of life. It was around that time that Joanie asked me and a few others to try a new class she was testing out that was jam packed with high intensity cardio. There is no way I would've made it through that class without Joanie's motivation. I realized that she was the motivation and drive I needed to get in shape. From then on, I made it a point to attend as many of her classes as I could and within 2 months I was down 20 pounds and in the best shape I've ever been. With her encouragement and guidance, I was able to maintain my weight loss and fitness level. Fast forward to 2012 - I found out I was pregnant in March 2012. I took full advantage of pregnancy and gained a total of 75 pounds. Lucky for me, Joanie started a bootcamp clinic soon after I delivered. I knew that if she was capable of helping me back in 2009, she was my only hope of getting back in shape after such a large weight gain. Boy, did she have her work cut out for her! Bootcamp began and eight 6-week sessions later, the 75 pounds was gone! Joanie spent numerous hours each week preparing our workouts to suit our fitness goals while tailoring them to fit each person's fitness level. I've never met anyone so dedicated to others' health. Joanie is an honest person who will get you the results you're looking for. I'm convinced that if it were not for Joanie, my weight loss and fitness goals would've taken much longer and not near as enjoyable. Her motivation, kind heart send sense of humor are just what is needed after a long day at work. She has a seemingly endless menu of exercise routines and caring style that makes you look forward to exercising. I have yet to meet another fitness instructor, personal trainer or fitness guru as motivating and challenging has Joanie!

Anthony is a fantastic trainer/coach! I attend his IMPACT (bootcamp) classes he teaches at sports fitness experience in Roswell.
