Introduction: Hi, I'am Sammy Gray owner of Upscale Designs & Renovation. I build custom cabinets and furniture. In addition I renovate and remodel kitchens and bathrooms. Upscale Designs and Renovation is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I'am an engineer by profession with 36 years of experience in a fortune 500 company designing, estimating and managed the construction of my projects, also I have seven years of experience supervising a team of engineers and electrical system operators. I have a good eye for creating clean architectural design and interior finishes to create an inviting and tranquil space for you to work, relax and live in. I have built and installed a large number of high quality woodwork projects ranging from new kitchens, bathrooms remodeling, bars, closet organizers, bookcases and various pieces of custom furniture. There is a $150.00 fee for providing an estimate, which is due at the conclusion of our meeting. This fee is refundable on jobs which I'm hired to do. I will quickly respond to your request and schedule an appointment to discuss your project. I will email you an estimate within 24 hours if not quoted the cost during our meeting. After signing the contract and your deposit clears my business account, I will start your project right away.
