Communication & scheduling was easy & efficient. The technician called prior to the appointment time and offered to come earlier which worked perfectly for me. He arrived -wearing protective shoe covers- and got straight to work. He explained the process and before i knew he was finished.
I actually cannot believe that he managed to get all those stains out, I had literally hoped for a 50% improvement!! The carpets are 100% perfect again. Amazing!
They dried quickly as he said. Slight citrus smell that was not unpleasant but strongish for about 30 mins while he was applying and then quickly vanished.
I wish I had more carpets to clean!

The technician was very polite and professional, because it was early in the morning (8 am) some of the spots didn't show. He did a section rather than miss a spot, and explained what he was going to do and why. He also left us with a bottle of cleaner and deodorizer. I will use them again.
