Communication & scheduling was easy & efficient. The technician called prior to the appointment time and offered to come earlier which worked perfectly for me. He arrived -wearing protective shoe covers- and got straight to work. He explained the process and before i knew he was finished. I actually cannot believe that he managed to get all those stains out, I had literally hoped for a 50% improvement!! The carpets are 100% perfect again. Amazing! They dried quickly as he said. Slight citrus smell that was not unpleasant but strongish for about 30 mins while he was applying and then quickly vanished. I wish I had more carpets to clean!

Justin was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. Unfortunately, he was unable to remove the pet stains. He said that the only time he hasn't been able to remove them in the past is if the animal had a UTI. My dog was just at the vet and received a clean bill of health so I don't think that is applicable here. Fortunately, the stains aren't very dark and he sprayed the whole room with a product designed to get rid of the smell. He also left me a spray bottle with some of that product for me to use in the future. Very good customer service! I think the rest of the carpet looks really good especially being 15 year old off white builder's grade carpet! I am interested to see if it doesn't attract dirt the way regular steam cleaning seems to do. Thank you Citrusolution. I really appreciate a company with good customer service and you have demonstrated that in all my dealings with you including scheduling the appt.

If you guys haven't tried out CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning please do it now, because their work is AMAZING. I had a few stains in my living room which came out, and whatever they use I bet no other cleaning company has it. They not only clean your carpet to perfection, but they vacuum your carpet afterwards. Also, wipe down your base boards when they finish, and that is just OUTSTANDING. My carpet cleaner name was Richard H. and he was the coolest carpet cleaner I've ever met in my life. He reassured me that he would do his best to perfect my carpet with getting those stains out. GUESS WHAT? He not only did it, but he has my carpet looking like I just moved in. Since, I've found me a great carpet cleaning company, I'll be calling them every 6 months. OH! YEH! They have GREAT PRICES, and you can't beat a great price, great service, & EXCELLENT CARPET CLEANING. I couldn't have gone with any other carpet cleaning service in Atlanta, but these guys. My carpet isn't drenched with WATER like it would've been with most companies. I say it'll probably dry in a few, and that's also amazing. So glad that, I looked at their reviews prior to calling. If you see they have 5 stars, and I see why! Thanks a million CitrusFresh Carpet Cleaning, and I'll most definitely be using you guys in the near future.
