- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are one of the only services in the country that has a complete price list for pretty much all possible repairs and services that your home might need. Knowledge is power, don't settle for another company that won't tell you the price before showing up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can either book online, over text message, or over the phone. We will collect all the information needed for the service and explain the customer the pricing and option they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FairWorks was founded by industry veterans with over 25 years of experience. We believe that the home services industry is broken. From price gauging, to no show appointments, to having to call multiple companies asking for prices and availability. We aim to fix that by providing customers an easy, transparent way to book anything they need done around the house, with flat, upfront, prices and same day availability.
