Krystle just cleaned all the carpets in my new home and did an outstanding job. She was on time, communicative, and very careful with my space. High-traffic areas and a few stubborn spots completely lifted, and the carpets dried quickly with no residue. She protected corners, moved what she could, and left everything tidy. I hired Got Carpets to clean 3 bedrooms in my home. She was very informative and patient with questions I asked. After cleaning partial of the carpet, she asked if i was satisfied with how clean it was so far. Then, she asked me to take a look once she got completely done to ensure I was satisfied. The initial quote includes the base pay, but if you add sanitation, deodorizer, and/or protector barrier then the price increases so be sure to keep that in mind so expectations can be realistic. I was highly satisfied with the results. I got the sanitation and deodorizer and my home smelled much fresher. The service didn’t take long either. 10/10 recommend. Openly communicated, quick response, punctual, great quality.

My experience with Got Carpets LLC was exceptional from start to finish. The response time, communication, punctuality, and quality of work were provided excellently. I was limited to choose only three qualities when rating but would have chosen more if I could. The company reached out to me immediately when I was seeking a quote, provided all requested information in a timely manner, arrived on time, and honestly, I am looking at my freshly cleaned carpets and upholstery in awe as I type this review due to how amazing everything looks and smells. This was the first professional cleaning since I moved in my home 5 years ago, and the carpets and sectional look new, and the scent in my home is fresh and not overpowering.
