What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing by room
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to me, i will need to know the type of carpet, number of rooms, and approximate square footage you would like cleaned. From there i can provide you with an online estimate and confirm an available time. In order to schedule an appointment i will just need your phone number and address when you are comfortable with moving forward. Appointments can usually be arranged within 1-2 business days. No walk through required, we will clean your carpet all in the same appointment. Return appointments available of your choosing- often these are recommended every 3-6 months.
