Unless otherwise advertised, our minimum service charge is $90.00 which includes UP TO 3 rooms and a hall.
Depending upon severity, size and quantity, additional charges MAY apply for restorative services such as the removal of food dye (red drink/artificial food coloring), tumeric, soot, ash, tobacco residue, coffee, tea, curry, ink, glue, some makeup, adhesive residues, paint, wax, gum, rust, tar, blood, urine, excrement or asphalt stains.
SOIL FILTRATION (the dark line of particulate that forms around walls and any obstruction to air flow) cannot be removed via steam cleaning alone and IS NOT INCLUDED in the pricing above. This particulate removal is a restorative clean that requires specialized solutions and equipment.
Additional charges MAY apply for excessive soil removal or the removal of excessive amounts of soap, powder or foam residues from DIY stain removal products, powdered deodorizers or previous cleaning attempts.
The 2 hour appointment time given is an arrival window. A technician will arrive anytime between the given time-frame.
