Sam replied to my request within minutes and was at my house repairing the carpet within an hour! I had a very small job which a lot of contractors would have passed on but he took it on and did a fabulous job. The quality of work is great, very reasonable pricing even with last minute notice. I called for an estimate at my rental property and received one Pronto! He was willing to drive out to MY home (30 miles away) to show me samples at 9 p.m. The carpet was installed the next day and the carpet looks great. He delivered exactly what he promised at a great price!
