This customers was not easy to work with. She waited last minute to respond to quote. Her expectations were not in sync with the money she wanted to spend. Communication with her was horrible and she did something that was unethical. I have no desire to work with her ever again and I’m sure she feels the same. I should not have done this event.like my gut told me

When I asked Chef Gwen to cater a small event I was hosting for my Book Club, I was very happy when she said she was available. After we planned the menu, I could barely wait until the date came around. I knew it was a great opportunity for her to showcase her talent and a perfect way for me to relax and enjoy some great food, fun and friendship without the stress of preparing everything. I must say that all of the dishes absolutely blew us away! Everything was prepared that day, and was very fresh. All of my guests had something wonderful to say about the food. Every dish was delicious and the quality of service was also outstanding! Chef went above and beyond and made my guests all feel very special. She is such a natural talent, and you can tell that she really loves and enjoys her profession. It was good to have someone so accommodating, and who cares so much about her clientele. I really appreciated that personal touch. All of us agreed that the food was fantastic, and my friends are still talking about those Caesar Salad Tacos, Southern Hospitality Sandwiches, Shrimp & Grits and other dishes. The presentation of everything was wonderful as well. As for the dessert, I think Im now addicted to her Turtle Brownies. I have hosted several of these events, but this one was by far the best ever! Thanks again Chef Gwen!

Chef Gwen was very easy to work with. She catered my daughter's first baby shower at Elegant Occasions. She made good suggestions to make my event a success. The food was excellent and my friends and family truly enjoyed it. Her team was professional and went out of the way to please me an my guests. I would not have changed a thing. I will definitely use Chef Gwen again for my next event.
