I hired this guy to do the job. He didn't have the equipment he needed to do the job. He used poor quality mud. He had plastic putty tools and slapped it on horribly. He stated he needed to come back. Received half payment and never returned to fix the mess he left behind. He doesn't have the tools or knowledge to do this.
