Introduction: My work stands out from others because unlike many repair company's we try to minimize cost on the customers end and complete all of the customers requests. If we are unable to complete the customers requests we explain to said customer why we are having an issue with that request. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. I enjoy repairing computers and new devices because I truely understand the stress of having to purchase new technology when your previous model breaks. Why purchase something new when you can repair the old for cheap right?

I have my Associates Degree in Computer Science and have been successfully repairing computers for 7 years now.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work because at the age of 10 I was always interested in repairing electronics. Then at the age of 13 I met a now great friend who could. He taught me the basics and I pushed myself to learn more.
