Hi! My name is David Richards.
I am an experienced computer technician and engineer, with more than 15 years of experience helping maintain, fix, and secure computer systems. I always enjoy meeting new people while working to resolve their computer issues. I also really enjoy teaching people about their technology, and helping them become better at it!
I focus on quality and the customer experience, ensuring that you're extremely satisfied with the resulting work performed. I pride myself on always going above and beyond where I can for people, because building and maintaining those relationships are very important to me.
I work on all major operating systems, such as Windows, Apple's OSX, and Linux.
I am mobile, and able to travel to you to perform at-home, or at-office onsite support.
In addition, I also provide virtual/remote support for those who would prefer that instead.

David is amazing! I called on the same day because I had a slight emergency with my laptop and he went over and above to solve my issue. He not only has a great work ethic and knows his stuff but he has a positive attitude as well. The power went out at my place and he was willing to meet at a different location without any problem. The work was done quickly for a very reasonable price.
I will certainly be hiring him again and I would highly recommend him for anyone needed computer repairs.

Being a small business owner that already wears so many hats is stressful enough. To have the additional burden of also maintaining our office network was just too much. Fortunately, I came across David and his company Cyber Secure. He was able to immediately respond to our location and easily solve what to me was a major problem. David, was incredible! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him. He is incredibly patient. In this dsy and age, customer service has diminished, but not with David. He puts the customers needs front and center, while at a very reasonable rate. All I can say, I am simply AMAZED by my experience! He helped clean up my computer, my Onedrive, software, connect my Alexa, and my mobile devices! Thank you.

If I could I would rate him five out of fiveI would!! Icould not find anyone to help me in my hometown to secure my network after being hacked. He drove 67 miles and secured everything at home and he even took two of my devices back to his home to get those in order and he's coming back.
He was awesome punctual his quality of work was great he responded quickly and just an all-around nice personality I can't thank him enough for his help since I had been dealing with this since October of this year. I promise you you won't be disappointed if you need his help. Thanks again David
