- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive but far more affordable than leading commercial computer repair avenues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief phone consultation to get a general idea of the users issue. (Some issues can be resolved remotely) If the user's issue cannot be resolved remotely we will schedule a visit to more closely examine the problem ( Travel & Diagnostic Fee applies) Upon site visit our technician will attempt to resolve the problem or pick up the users device to returned upon resolution, after reviewing and signing our service agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have extensive experiences in various areas of I.T and have been employed or are currently employed in the field. We hold A+,Network+, & security + certifications from the leading I.T Certifier CompTIA, and computer networking experience and training from past employers. We have taken multiple courses and have applied techniques in networking, computer, phone and tablet repair. Additionally We have built multiple computer systems with applications to support personal, business & leisure(Gaming) usage
