Parks Repair Service did an excellent job on a project for me. He showed up on time and finished the project effectively. He was very friendly, honest, professional, and helpful answering all questions on the phone and in person as well as very patient in taking the time to listen to all my concerns. When I am in Atlanta, I plan on using these guys every time I have hardware issues or specific project and I plan on referring anybody in the area who needs their computer fixed.

Mr Parks came out to transfer all my information from my old computer to my new one. He was absolutely great! Very thorough and explained things all along the way. He is very trustworthy and kind!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for any computer issues. I know I'll use him from now on.

Mr. Parks was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Since we now have two people working from home we felt that we needed a qualified IT professional to audit our hardware and our network.
