- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW BUSINESS CUSTOMER RATE: - Promotional rate for new business is $85 per hour (2 hour minimum). Discounted flat rate will be offered for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief conversation via message or phone is required to determine the scope of the work. Upon approval, a convenience schedule is arrange for the service and an email confirmation is sent. Upon completion of the work the customer can test and or check the work and also received an orientation on the equipment if needed. We office quality service and therefore will request a review on Thumbtack.

CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING - Certified Netware Engineer supporting Microsoft and Novell Netware 5.12 Network and infrastructure. - Trained Microsoft Network Engineer with 20 years experience in installing and managing Microsoft Windows 2016, 2012, 2008, 2003 Server and Network.
