A Tech's helped us clean up a cat cable mess created by builder's electrician in new home. A Tech cleaned up incorrectly wired jacks, found and labeled both ends of ten CAT 6 cables, terminated all with RJ45 and wall jacks, tested and verified all wires. super clean work and efficient too: estimated 5 hours and completed in 3.5 hr. also helped correct a sloppy drywall hole for wall jack... re cut and re-seated a wall box. Tidy, clean, and professional work. wish i would have had them install before drywall went up.

ATS was amazing; Seng and Thor came out had 2 wired locations ran in our new house within hours. There were some quirks with our house, and they still installed lines perfectly. You cannot even tell it was done after the building of the house. They were extremely transparent, and offered insight, and in the end the work came out less to the quote because of their efficiency. If you are looking at a place to come out and have lines installed, these are your guys, they are so experienced allow owner concerns in the process and take it all into consideration. Their years of experience really came through in the project. Would hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $100 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments
$200.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects.
$200.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.
