Seng responded to my inquiry within minutes and we were able to discuss my project and scheduled for an in-home installation the next day. With a house full of teenagers going to school remotely and multiple WFH remote workers, our network setup was not efficient enough for such a heavy usage so we seek out professional help and Seng was able to rewire and got everything set up much more efficiently than what we had done ourselves so that we can all stop getting dropped from our work/school calls!

Seng was a joy to work with! We had an exposed internet cable in our home and have been trying to figure out for months the best way to resolve this problem and get our internet going upstairs. During our consultation call, Seng gave us suggestions of how to fix the issue ourselves. He walked us through the process and assured us that if it didn’t work out, then a technician would be sent immediately to assist us. Seng’s suggestions worked and we were able to get our internet connection ourselves. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. It’s not too often that businesses give you the tools to DIY, but we’re thankful that they did. If ever faced with another issue like this, I would call Seng with no hesitation. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $100 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments
$200.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects.
$200.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.
