Introduction: I train each student like their life depends on it. And quite honestly it does! Most people are hanging on to their jobs and or trying to find shortcuts to get their job completed faster, and better than the next employee to keep what they have! If unemployed, we all roll up our sleeves up and work! They have to prove to an employer by way of testing and or many questions that they can and do know how to use computer software. I receive many phone calls or emails telling me I got the job! The smiles and notes of appreciation for the hard work and detail I've given to them.

My training session, Create Impressive PowerPoint Presentations, taught by Deborah was my best experience thus far. She has a passion for teaching, one I have not seen in quite a while. The information she shared with our class motivated me to pursue more training and advance my education. There was a time when I was not pleased with my presentations however, my confidence in producing one now has increased dramatically. Deborah started the class off immediately by engaging us. She made sure no one was left behind. Her level of expertise is amazing! There are areas of PowerPoint I never knew existed. She is a breath of fresh air. The training experience was an easy one. Our training session was attend by employees from different areas which meant different needs. Deborah was patient enough to answer any questions we asked. She made sure we walked away with a greater knowledge of PowerPoint. The depth of her knowledge, in my eyes, is priceless. I wished we could have had more time. In the fourteen plus years I have worked in the educational arena, I have never experienced a training session like this one. I would love to be able to take additional courses taught by Deborah.

Deborah Dunbar is an Outstanding computer tech and trainer. She has an amazing ability to relate some of the most complex computer programs to everyday life so you can understand what to do and not be intimidated with the process of learning. Deborah makes you feel good about yourself and your abilities to learn computer software. I have learned so much from Deborah when it comes to computer training. She is the Ultimate Tech Know Girl and I would recommend her to anyone looking to have a knowledgeable yet caring computer instructor.

Techknowgirl Training was awesome. I have taken several classes and I have learned so much. The instructor Deborah Dunbar makes learning exciting and fun. She takes the time to make sure you understand and gives hands-on help when needed. I would recommend her training classes to anyone who want to learn computer skills and excel by taking the chance to trust that you can learn know matter how old you are.
