- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts on large order projects that vary from 10-15%. New customers can visit my website and subscribe to the newsletter for 10% off first order. Coupons are sent through the newsletter as well. All orders have a one-time per design establishment fee but there are NO MINIMUM order requirements at Free Agent Co. Digitizing only service for established embroiderers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I’d have a quick consultation via phone to ensure I understand. I’d then do a quick draft mock of the request. I then ask for brand /image colors, font specifics, design size, etc before rendering a final mock for approval, delivery time frame, and deposit. I offer shipping and pick up/drop off services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training and certification through Adobe for Adobe Illustrator 2022, Photoshop 2022, and Corel Studio. Graphics are designed as scalable vectors to ensure data integrity. (Whenever possible)
