"I picked Rashaud because he has the same customer service ethic I do, in that he stands behind his work. This is the "Ultimate Customer Service Experience" that I gave to my own customers before I retired. He was on time, professional and friendly (not everyone can do that) and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did he get my crashed HD working, completed diagnostics and got my laptop working again, but when he was explaining things to me he was not condescending in the slightest (which is the way most ITs and Technicians are with me). He understood that I did understand some things and helped me to see a clearer picture. I've already told him, when I'm ready to fix the other laptop, he's the one I'm calling. He gave me an estimate up front, that I thought "hmmm....maybe I didn't give him enough information", but even after giving him that additional info he stuck to the estimate. After seeing his price list on his web page, and understanding that he gives discounts, he still stuck to the price, even though I gave him an out to up it three times. I gave him a tip because I felt a little guilty about the low cost. And if anyone I know needs a Technician...he's the one I'm recommending."
