Dont overthink it and just lock him down. I needed a DJ last minute for an event and he was more than willing to make the service work. Not only did he arrive on time to the venue in such a short notice. We spoke over the phone multiple times before he arrived and gave me direct instruction on things I can prepare for him before he got to the location to make the setup time extremely short. The guests all love him and asked him for his contact information.
