- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SAVE UP TO $100 ON OUR MOST POPULAR PROGRAM. Details below. The estimated $100 price per session listed here is for comparison purposes only and is one of the limitations of this site. If we offered sessions by the hour, this would be for a 60 minute session without travel fees to your location. Luckily for you, we currently only offer complete results based programs for obedience and behavioral problem solving. The truth is: successful training requires commitment and, in our experience, that doesn't really happen with hourly sessions. To insure your success we offer a variety of results based programs to cover basic obedience and any behavioral issues you may be experiencing. Most of our programs are completed in 3-5 sessions depending on the program you prefer to reach your goals. Since our programs are private, all the focus is on you and can be tailored specifically towards your goals and address any problems that arise. We like to train where life happens. We prefer for our training sessions are in your home so we can work where you and your dog are most comfortable and the distractions will be minimal. No stress for you about driving anywhere. Of course we can also train at a location, like a park, to work on things that happen in that setting, too. Because of the personal nature of our programs, we can only work with a limited number of families at a time. We may have a temporary waitlist the we reach that limit. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How to get started: Step 1: Get your Free Discovery Call. During this call we will chat about your dog and what's going on. You'll also hear about our training programs and how they can help you reach your training goals. Step 2: Register and choose the program you prefer and book your first session. For your convenience, all of our scheduling is done online. We'll send a link to pick the program you prefer and you'll be able to choose a time and date that works best for your schedule. Step 3: Hit the ground running! Follow the simple steps you learn during your sessions and you’ll begin to see results quickly Please know that training is a hands on activity on your part and the outcome is directly impacted by the amount of training you and your pup do together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Marin Humane Society's first Academy for Dog Trainers. Over the years I've attended in-person seminars and completed online courses to learn/expands my skills...but it's the hands-on real life experience working with hundreds of dog over more than 27 years that makes up the bulk of it.
