Initially, we were very happy and pleased with Donna's services but after this last trip out of the country, I was very disappointed. Someone at my condo notified me she was only staying a very short time. I then reviewed our Nest Camera and saw that her visits were less than 5 minutes. Just enough to feed and leave. I reviewed all days I was away and was beyond heartbroken. I called her and gave her the opportunity to tell me why they were not interacted with and litter wasn't scooped and her response was parking was inadequate and that took time off of the visits with my pets. Not an excuse, in my opinion, she should have said something, and I would have paid her more for a longer visit. I also, sent her one of her 5-minute visits videos so she could see exactly what she wasn't doing. All in all, I am very disappointed and would like other pet owner to be warned.

They took care of my kitties for over a week for me while I was away having surgery, and sent me updates everyday, and it was a nice relief to know that was one thing I didn't have to worry about during an already stressful time. And all went great! Using them again!
