- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start doing odd jobs and care giving right out of college. I knew that my skills included a wide range like creativity, flexibility, dependability, compassion and so on. I wanted to be able to help people every single day AND use all of my skills. The variety of my life is so interesting and fun, and the opportunity to care for animals and children is totally priceless.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Running errands, dog walking, and childcare are all fairly common jobs for my clients. I start out dog sitting or house sitting, and then I'm picking up dry cleaning or taking the dog to the groomers. I think people appreciate being able to utilize me for tasks they don't have time for and know I will do with passion and care.
