- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are listed on our website; however, all services can be customized depending on the clients needs and wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will fill out a registration form, then we set them up with a portal log in where they can make reservations, view reservations, pay invoices, etc... then we set up a meet and greet where the client gets to meet their primary and secondary walkers along with one of the DiOGi managers. For training clients, they start by filling out the training registration, then the trainer sets up an initial consultation where they set training plans and goals.
