On time, very personable and immediately offered to help with the rest of the issues from my inspection report. Thank God, as I realistically did not have the time or energy - and the price he gave me for the entire job was very reasonable. I also asked him to do a few additional items, he agreed and did a great job with everything. I will be calling him from now on when we need work done!!

I was very impressed how well and professional Hector was in installing tile just right and because of that factor tile is outstanding. I definitely would recommend House Repairs & Services to others and will be using this company in the future

It was a great experience. The work was professionally done and most importantly they honest. He didn’t overcharge me to fix my concerns after I was quoted a estimate from a well known plumber for over $400 more. I will definitely be using their services again.

Hector Posada (who completed the work) and Andrea Rojas (Client Project Manager) were responsive to all my questions (usually quickly outside of business hours) and customizing the project specifications and quotes to meet my changing needs. Hector appeared to be thorough in his drywall repair of my bathroom and even voluntarily applied an extra coat of primer at no additional charge. He also installed a new exhaust fan properly. The cost of this project was reasonable (not the cheapest I had been quoted but certainly not close to the most expensive) and ended up being as promised.

Hector was prompt and quick and did a good job fixing ceiling damage and also repairing 2 other holes as well. My only compliant would there was a little mess left over. Outside of that I'm happy with the results.
