FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 financial coaching packages. Fixed prices. No hidden fees. No commissions. $599 - Essentials: 3 Core meetings + 1 Accountability meeting $799 - Plus: 3 Core meetings + 3 Accountability meetings $1,099 - Premium: 3 Core meetings + unlimited Accountability meetings for 1 year Each Core meeting is 60-minutes; called Discovery, Planning, and Solutions. The Accountability meetings are 60-minutes and are to make sure you are making progress towards your financial goals with the plan we've outlined. Some prefer to have a plan and implement it on their own. In that case, the Essentials plan would be best for them. Others, prefer a long-term partner that guides them throughout the entire process. In those cases, a Premium plan is best. I will provide budget templates and analysis. We will help you put together a retirement plan and strategy. In the Plus package, I will conduct an investment analysis as well as review your insurance, home purchase, college investment plan, or will and estate planning needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, my goal is to make the process simple, clear, and personalized. Here’s what you can expect: I find that my clients work best through a process that I've developed. Our first meeting will be a Discovery Session where I seek to understand your goals—whether it’s budgeting, debt reduction, or retirement planning for the future. I’ll ask a questions to make sure I fully understand your situation. Our 2nd meeting is called a Planning Session. I will take the information from our first session and the data you provide me to form the foundation of a financial plan. We will use this time to refine the plan. The 3rd meeting is called a Solutions Session. I will share with you options to help you meet your financial goals. This may include a budget, debt strategy, savings plan, investment strategy, or step‑by‑step action items depending on your needs. We will talk through it and make adjustments as needed. Depending of the package selected, you will have at least 1 Accountability Session. These sessions are for me to make sure you are on track to implementing and meeting your goals. You’re never on your own—I offer follow-up support and check-ins to help you stay consistent and make real progress.
