The most rewarding part of my work is getting a clear understanding of what's important to the families that I work with and then helping them create a strategy to help them achieve their unique definition of success. While this often involves financial goals, it can include non-financial objectives like spending more time doing volunteer and/or charity work with organizations that they are passionate about.
