- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work we do is to complete family "to-do" lists. These lists are ones that every homeowner has, and contains a large variety of projects. The most common question we hear is, "do you even do this?", and the answer is generally "yes". We believe that every problem has a solution, and are here to help with your plumbing/electrical/masonry/carpentry list of to-do's.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Confirm insurance! Every contractor should be able to provide you with a "Certificate of Insurance" that shows their coverage amounts. More importantly, it includes the insurance agent and phone number. Please call the agent to confirm that coverage is current. It is very common in this industry to fire up insurance for a month or two, then let it lapse. Don't let a contractor make their risk into yours!
