Hectar responded quickly to my inquiry and communicated all expectations. We agreed on a price less than his original offer. He installed drywall on the ceiling in the kitchen that was about 2ft by 3ft and was able to texture the ceiling again, really close to matching the original pattern. Work was good, so I ended up paying him the full rate he initially gave me. If I have any complaints, he painted the vent a little, but not really a big deal. I would hire again.
