I will say that this company is very quick to respond. The technician was also very punctual. However, that is the only reason I give th3n 2.5 stars. Had them come out to repair the garage door, and they left a part off. Called back recently; this should have been a warranty visit to install a part that was left off. Not another sales pitch to install a new unit. Definitely buyer beware.

The installation tech stated it would only take 2 hours to complete the job, yet he did not have any new garage door openers with him. He had to leave and go pick up the product, take down my old opener, and then install a new one. This first one he installed did not work, so he had to re-install a second one. After about 5 hours, then job was complete, then he wanted me to pay with Zelle and when that didn't work we tried Venmo. I waited for an entire additional hour to set up his Venmo and finally paid for the service. I had informed the person on the phone when I booked that I only had 2 hours and then I had to leave for an appointment. I missed my appointment and was not happy. The work quality was good, and the tech was nice and appeared to do a good job, just everything else did not go as planned.

I don't believe the cables needed to be replaced just because the spring broke. I was never sent pictures of the damage or proof that the parts were new and not used. They gave a 2yr warranty but that's probably due to the replacement parts being used because from what I understand new garage door parts should have a longer warranty than just 2 yrs. After the job was done the tech called me over speaker phone and asked me for my credit card number in front of my tenants. There is no way anyone after the job is complete at a rental property, they should still be inside the home and talking to me on speaker in front of my tenants. Let alone letting someone hear my credit card information. Very poor understanding of customer privacy and credit safety.
