- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the work and is liable to change. Site audits are 125$ and client will receive a design with list of plant and proposal with estimated cost of installation. Flower Bed Maintenance is 100$ an hour or a visit Installation of an existing bed is 13$ a square foot Installation of a new bed is 25$ a square foot
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pictures sent with the service request is vital. I can better understand the scope of the project if I can visually see the space. I would prefer to meet the customer on site to establish cost and expectations, as well as discuss design if necessary
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with plants my whole life and was introduced to gardening at a very young age in my parents vegetable gardens. I have a BSN from Berry College where I worked in landscaping during the summer and worked in the biology greenhouse the rest of the year. When I moved to Atlanta I got a job at a high end landscaping company and provided seasonal color maintenance on several properties in the Midtown and Buckhead area. I later moved to a larger landscape company where I managed their seasonal color department. My work as manager allowed me to design, instal and maintain flower beds fro start to finish.
