- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do provide discounted services and altered pricing during the pandemic. Pricing is always signed by the client with no surprises. All services require a deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always look at our jobs in person, gather detailed and pertinent information and send a quote via docusign with available dates, thorough expectations of the scope of work and timelines to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in property management & development for 7 years & I am in the process of obtaining a GC state license.
