I hired Mark LLC in early December to install a mini-split/baseboard heater for my tenant during freezing weather (under 20 degrees). Mark acknowledged the urgency, said my job was a priority, and promised it would be completed in 3–4 days. He took a deposit up front and said the units were being purchased immediately, but then the project turned into weeks of delays, missed appointments, and poor communication. Crews often showed up hours late or not at all, and when they did arrive they worked only about an hour at a time. My tenant went over a month without heat.
There were also safety and quality concerns: the crew left the electrical breaker panel open with exposed wiring, and walls that were cut open for wiring were not properly repaired (the drywall was taped back into place instead of being restored). Mark refused to provide receipts for materials and demanded payment aggressively, including late-night calls/texts around 3 a.m. The job was only completed after escalating through Thumbtack. I do not recommend this contractor.
