Ramzi was very nice, showed up when he said he would and got the job done. He charged me basically half what he quoted because he said the pictures I sent him made the damage look bigger than it actually was in person. So honest. When he is done with a couple of his big jobs, I hope to have him back to fix little things around the house that I have been meaning to fix.

Pouya Ramzi completed a list of work items for a home I was selling (installed a new attic ladder, properly caulked windows, sealed concrete cracks and installed a microwave). He was prompt, professional and the work was completed quickly and to my approval. I had to call him for an additional task and he got the job done quickly and went out of his way to satisfy the new owners as well. I will definitely be calling on him again when I find a new home.
