Matt Johnson

Introduction: Hello! My name is Matt Johnson, and I would love to be able to share my passion for music with you. Whether you want to learn to play and sing your favorite songs for your friends, or work on writing and creating your own music, I'm your man. I've been performing music from a very early age, and I still regularly perform at music venues in and around Atlanta with my band, The Dirty Souls. As a singer and songwriter, I am heavily influenced by all types of music, and I believe that good musicians are usually influenced by several different genres. I think that it is important to learn what you love, so I like to ask my students what interests them musically before planning lessons. If you're interested in songwriting, I would love to share what I've learned to help your inspiration become a reality. I also am a firm believer that it is never too early or too late to find your voice in music, so I am open to students of all different ages.
